John Renfro, President of Graceland/Fairlawn
John Renfro is President of Graceland/Fairlawn and Moran and Goebel. He began his career in serving families in 1993. John was born in Decatur and grew up in Lovington. He attended Millikin University and graduated from Worsham College of mortuary science. John is married to Desiree, who was also born and raised in Decatur. They are blessed with four children, three sons and a daughter. The Renfro’s live in Decatur. John is a licensed funeral director and embalmer. He is currently serving his third term as President of the Illinois Cemetery and Funeral Home Association. He is the first funeral director to ever be elected the ICFHA’s president. John is also a member of the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association, Illinois Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association. He and his family are active members of Ss James and Patrick Church where he serves as a lector and Eucharistic minister. John is also a member of the Knights of Columbus. John is honored in the trust placed in our homes and cemeteries. “We are the most trusted funeral home and cemeteries for the Decatur Area and we will continue to work to deserve this trust that families place in us.”
