I knew Rich from his store HarborView Ice Cream in Bayonne. I didn't know he passed away and was sorry to hear he did. He was always a nice guy, we bonded over our fondness for cats, and he even adopted cats from a shelter I volunteered at. I also made signs for his store window. May he rest in peace. Deepest sympathy to his family & friends.
