To the spaniol family my condolences , Me and bob rode our bicylcles together many a mile in which i would often hear some really good stories and history as we rode around our neighborhood, Bob was real great friend and neighbor i wont forget him as i ride around our route this summer. Jim and Dianne, Lynda and Karl our condolences to your families. After working with Bob for years I became reacquainted with him through the Illinois Central Railroad Retirees Club. Bob was a founding memberof the Club and also the glue holding it together. Our long term Secretary Treasurer for many many years until he recently decided to not accept another term. As long as there is an ICRRBS, Bob will be remembered and will always be a member in good standing.
Jim and Dianne, I was saddened to see the obituary for your dad today. He was always a friendly and kind man to me. I know you will miss him greatly but you can rest assured that you will see him again. 🤗

Please accept my deepest condolences. Your Dad was always busy and truly showed love for you all. He had a warm heart and cared about all of the kids in the neighborhood too. I also remember the days of him going back and forth with Bob Fallstrom...good memories! Both good fellas. May Christ lift Bob up and care for him in his eternal home. Much love to you all. Bob was a wonderful man. I grew up on Ellen Street and have known him for years. We had a good talk with him at Krekles not long ago. We will miss seeing him on his front porch. We will miss you Bob.
I loved the days of the two Bobs, Jim, and Dianne at the Riverside potlucks.
