Mike this is Debbie Craig from Batclay Library. I retired in March so I am not up to date on some things. I did not know of Shele's passing. Shele was a very sweet woman. I didn't know her very well, only when she came into the library. I lost my husband in December and I miss him terribly. I feel so bad for you. You and your family are in my prayers. You have my deepest sympathy.
Shele had a history degree like me. I remember her telling me when I was a kid that “that degree is hers and no one can take it away.” She inspired me to get that degree with that simple sentence. She was a great woman.
Michael, Rachel, Erica, Nick and Katie there are not enough words to describe how much Shele meant to me and how much fun it was working with her. My heart is shattered for all of you.
