To Susan's Family,I met Susan when we worked together in St. Louis and our friendship has lasted these many years. I know Susan was very proud of her family and enjoyed the moments she was able to share with them. My sister, Nancy, joins me in extending our deepest sympathy to Susan's family. She will be missed. To the Hovey Family,My wife and I have fond memories of working with Susan at O'Hare Flight Kitchen in St. Louis. The Hoveys and long term employees created a family environment there. After all these years when I run into coworkers from OFK we enjoy talking about how great it was to work there. We are sorry to hear about Susan passing.

Our family first met Susan when we moved into a condo in late 1983 and Susan was our neighbor. My husband and sons (Chris & Tim) knew her before I did due to our work schedules. When I finally met this delightful lady we were immediate friends and that friendship lasted all these years. One our of family's favorite memories was in December 1984 she convinced my husband, which was not an easy task….she was quite convincing… to let her give our youngest son, Tim, a kitten for Christmas!! It had to be given to him several weeks earlier as Susan and her family always went to FL for the holidays. Needless to say this was one of the best Christmas' that Tim ever had as a child. There were many, many more memorable times with Susan over all the years. We will miss her terribly and we thank God we were blessed to have known her. Rest in peace sweet Susan.
