Basil “Bo” C. Boulier

Basil “Bo” Cleo Boulier, 85, of Macon, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at Moweaqua Nursing Rehabilitation Center, with his family by his side.
Bo was born March 23, 1932, in Oakfield, Maine to Ralph and Thelma (White) Boulier. He proudly served in the United States Air Force. He married Rose Marie Reese on May 10 , 1952 in Pana, IL. He retired from Caterpillar after many years of service. He was a member of the NRA and UAW. He enjoyed hunting and wood working.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Rose Marie Boulier; four children, Dale (Rosemary) Boulier of Macon, IL Renee (Joe) Berg of Decatur, IL; Annette Shroyer of St. Louis, MO and David Boulier of Blue Mound, IL; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one brother, Raymond Boulier of Houlton, ME; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and one sister.
Honoring Bo Boulier’s wishes, cremation services will be provided by the Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 2091 N. Oakland Ave. Decatur, IL. No services are planned at this time. Please view the online obituary, send condolences, and share memories at www.gracelandfairlawn.com.

  1. Dale, Renee…so sorry for your loss. I thought of you when your kindergarten picture was posted on Facebook and found this in the process. My dad passed away in August just before the Twin Towers were hit, so he has been gone a long time. I'm glad your had your dad with you much longer. Take care.
