  1. Mom,
You were an amazing role model of strength and purpose. A tremendous influence on my life. I will always remember the magic of your laugh, how contagious it could be. That even in your last few years, it could bring smiles from those around you. And, in my young girl’s eyes, you were Cinderella going to the ball, living a beautiful fairytale with your prince. I picture you now, happy once more in the arms of Jesus, dancing with Dad among the stars. Love always, Linda.

  2. I worked with Bette in the 1970s at Downing Smith Jorgensen & Uhl. She was a great lady, always smiling. Years later, I visited with her at the American Legion. My sympathy to her family.

    Kathy Trusner

  3. Mother, you were an inspiration and support to me my entire life. I could always count on you to be there for me when I needed you. Now I know you are in a better place and making heaven even more cheerful than it already is. Love you always. Your son Steve
