Decatur-Connie Jane Wilber, 74, of Decatur, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017 in St. Mary’s Hospital.

Connie was born March 26, 1943 in Georgia the daughter of Dr. Chester and Harriet Johnson. She retired from Bergner’s Department Store. She married Larry Wilber in 1985.

Surviving is her husband Larry, daughter Kim Trammell of Ketchum, Idaho, sons Brett Trammell of Indianapolis, Indiana and Mark Trammell and Ki Eads of Bloomington, Indiana, stepchildren Lynette (Mike) Coulter of Thornton, Colorado, Julie (Steve) Latch of Brownstown, Amy Jones and Scott Sanders of Chatham, grandchildren Xander and Veronica Trammell, step-grandchildren Sean and Elizabeth Coulter of Thornton, Colorado, Evan Coulter of Thornton, Colorado, Matt Kelly of Brownstown, Jacob Kelly and fiancé Ali Hanks of Brownstown, Steven Latch of Brownstown, and Nikki Jones of Springfield, step-great-grandchildren Chad Wilber of Springfield and Lillian Mae Kelly of Brownstown, and brother Rick (Cindy) Johnson of Burnett, Texas.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents and stepson Larry Wilber Jr.

Services to celebrate Connie’s life will be 2:00 PM Friday, December 29, 2017 in the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the services. Private Entombment will be in the Mary Queen of Angels Mausoleum at Graceland Cemetery.
