  1. It has been late in coming, but, as an in-law, I must say what is on my heart regarding the passing of such a wonderful man such as Ed Orr.
I came into the family in 1974-1975.
Linda & Ed were married and John and I were engaged and soon to be married that May.
Both Ed, and Linda, were as gracious as I could ever imagine a couple our own age to be!
They wholeheartedly joined in the happiness of John and my engagement, and soon to be wedding. The genuiness of their hearts were compelling to Erin (then 4 yr.old daughter) John, and me.
Thank you Ed for allowing us to see your huge, loving, and kind heart:heart:
I am only sorry I could not say this to you while you were here with us.
    ~Pam Wrigley Schneider

  2. Linda, I wanted to express my sympathy to you and your family. What a difficult loss and time for you. I always think of you and remember how much support and assistance you gave me when I first began at Millikin. I will always treasure that time and your friendship.
Keeping you, your health and your family in my thoughts and prayers. Kathy Leavitt

  3. Our deepest sympathy to Linda and family. One of those pictures took us back to all the good times we shared during those "softball summers". Ed never forgot his friends and I cherish the times we would run into each other and try to "catch up". He will be missed by family and friends.

    Dan and Marta

  4. Dear Linda, Travis, Aimee and all your family, We all were so sad to learn of Edd's passing. We so remember our times shared at all the high school basketball games. May God be with you during these difficult times. Dan and Kathy Marsh
