Nora Ann Baker, 72, of Decatur, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Ann was born December 10, 1944, in Decatur, to Emmett L. and Inez Vetrice (Wilson) Baker. She was a graduate of Millikin University in 1974. She was a Materials Manager at John Warner Hospital in Clinton for many years. Ann loved fishing and gardening.
She is survived by her best friend, Jerry Hails; his daughters, Dana Dry and Cara Hails; his grandson, Trey Dry; and her constant companions, Sunshine and Midnight.
Honoring Ann Baker’s wishes, cremation services will be provided by the Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 2091 N. Oakland Ave. Decatur, IL. Services will be held at a later date.
