Richard G. Couch, 83, of Decatur, died Saturday September 23, 2017.
He graduated in business at the University of Illinois, where also received a Master’s degree in History. He served in the U.S. Army Military Police and Counter Intelligence Corps.
Richard was one of the principal founders of the Tuscola Four Seasons Clothing Store from 1963-1987. He founded in 1987 with his brother Jack, The Duke of Wellington Art Studio, a distributor of fine art to national and world leaders and collectors. He was held in high esteem by his clients and collectors.
He succumbed after a long illness due to an accidental fall.
He was preceded in death by his parents O.L. and Lorelda Couch. He is survived by his brothers, Jack and Don Couch of Decatur.
Richard will be dearly missed by family, friend, and clients.
