Linda Lou Brown

Linda Lou Brown, 74, of Decatur, IL passed away March 2, 2022 at her residence. Linda was born January 4, 1948 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Lloyd L. and Lois (Massey) Bruns. She married Steven Brown on December 5, 1975 in Cerro Gordo, IL. Linda enjoyed being outside in the sunshine as much as possible. She loved being a wife, and mother. She enjoyed creating stained glass panels and suncatchers, during her free time. She also liked cross stitch and reading her Bible. Recently, She would play computer games quite often. She also enjoyed her son Wes’s dogs. She loved to eat the fresh fish they had caught and Weslee’s cooking. Linda had been a CNA at Shelby Memorial Hospital for many years. Surviving are her husband, Steven; sons, Barry Brown (Christy) of Shelbyville, Weslee Brown of Oakley, IL; daughter, Llonna Fultz (Erik) of Sullivan, IL; sisters, Rhonda Miller (Danny) of San Antonio, TX, Brenda Wilson of Long Creek, IL; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 grand doggies. She was preceded in death by her parents. Cremation services will be provided by Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. Service may be announced at a later date.
