MaiVella Annete Lyn Rainey, loving infant daughter of Vola and Jessica Rainey, entered the gates of Heaven on December 18, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur. MaiVella was born on November 21, 2020 in Urbana, IL. She leaves to mourn her loving parents Vola and Jessica; siblings Vola Rainey, III; Krisere Rainey, Kasir Rainey, Oliver Whitfield, Isiah Casterberry; grandparents: Vola Rainey, Sr., Jeff and Candy Lujan; Great-grandmother: Bertha Burts; Aunts and Uncles: Brittney Lujan; Justin Lujan; Brandon Lujan; Mailee Lujan; Tyrese Bunch; Loriann Grayned; SheQuetta Grayned, Godmother: Letha Smith; Godfather: Leigh Downs and Tony Brown. MaiVella was preceded in death by her grandmother Annette Musgrave, Great-grandparents Mai Suggs, Jess Lujan; Nadyne Lujan and Helen Rainey, and 2 uncles: Torrey Musgrave, and Timothy Clemmons. Funeral Services for MaiVella will be held at 11am on Monday (Dec. 28, 2020) at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home, with visitation being held from 10-11am on Monday. MaiVella will be laid to rest at Graceland Cemetery. CDC guidelines will be followed, with attendance being allowed to 10 at one time, and masks for those in attendance.
