Sorry to hear of Glenn's passing when I received my Mound City newspaper this week. Glenn is my cousin. My father Samuel Bryan Goolsby and Glenn's mother, Aunt Bess as I know her, were brother and sister. Glenn was my senior by 13 years but I remember well family gatherings at Aunt Bess's house south of Craig when I was a young kid with Glenn present. I don't think I've seen him in over 50 years. I would like to express my sympathy to Glen's family. I worked with Glen at Caterpillar, my wife and I attended a concert with his wife and him out at the old danceland skating rink. We lost contact as the years went by, but we got reaquainted about two years ago via the internet and we had lunch together at a mexican restuarent. It was a pleasure to know a man that enjoyed life as he did.
