Jacque, Kim, Bree and Neil – please know my heart is with each of you today. I can not tell you how much I thought of your father(grandfather – father-in-law). He and his lovely Eileen always made me feel welcome and at home whether I was 16 yrs old and running in and out of the house with my dear friend, Jeanne, or many many years later when I would visit Decatur. I have so many fond memories of Joe and Eileen and know they are once again united along with their lovely daughter. Andy and I send all of you our love.Gail (Meyer) Bertram
Oh, Jacque, I cannot even imagine what it is like to lose both parents within a year. The world has lost one of the good guys with Uncle Joe's death. Mother, Wilma Wilhelm, and I will be unable to be at the services. One of my mother's memories is that Uncle Joe and my dad, Ray, were in the service at the same time and they drove to Rantoul together. I can only imagine the reunion of all the Crane family now that they are all together again. Our love reaches out to you and your family.Cherryl (Wilhelm) and Gery Conlin
