Really fun!
All of our thoughts and prayers to the whole family. Rod will truely be missed. He was a great person who could accomplish anything. He loved and protected his family with all that he had. May he rest in peace and his memory never forgotten.
Rod was a great man. I had the pleasure of knowing him.Growing up in Beardstown Illinois We got to know each other in my high school years..We had a lot of good times hanging out together. I know he will be strongly missed by his wife and kids and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He would do anything to help a friend..One day we will see each other again..We all love and miss him….
Rest in peace Rodney, U will always be remembered.
Rod and I met when we were very young (grade school). His family would come to Beardstown and he and I would play and run the neighborhood of 10th and Clay streets. Our teen years, we were inseparable. We partied like there was no tomorrow. We shared ups and downs. We fought the fights and laughed at life.Eventually, we grew up and went separate ways. We never really grew up, just grew apart. I spoke on the phone with Rod about a month before this and we laughed about old times and made plans to get together and hang out. It never happened.I am so sorry that our lives become so full that we can't make time for the ones we care so much for and shared so much with. I will miss this man. Love you big guy!Rick
