Shortly after my wife and I moved to Fort Pierce we made friends with Aileen & Tom at First Utd. Meth Church. They shared with us their time spent in Presque Isle ME,and I told them I was born in the next town, Ft. Fairfield. Aileen indicated she had lived with the Dr. Boone family helping to care for their son Gary. Not only was my G'Father a close friend of Dr. Boone,but the Boone Family had a summer cottage on Shin Pond where my family also had a summer place, and Gary and I had known each other since we were young boys. From then on we shared a lot of their experiences including their marriage and wedding reception at a well-known retaurant in Andover, New Brunswick, Canada.
