Alice F. Troesch's Obituary
Decatur-Alice F. Troesch, 69, of Decatur, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in Fair Havens Christian Home.
A service to celebrate the life of Alice will be 11 a.m. Friday, November 11, 2011 at West Side Nazarene Church in Decatur with Pastor Lyle Artman officiating. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery.
Alice was born November 21, 1941 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Carl and Helen (Schuler) Thornton. She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing games on her computer and bingo. She married Virgil Dean in Decatur. He preceded her in death.
She leaves behind two daughters, Patricia Troesch and Carol Leigh-Ann Troesch; sister, Carol Reiss; brother, Ron Thornton; grandchildren, Heidi Sanchez and Jessica Washington; great-grandchildren, Alicia, Mariah, Joseph, Jonathan, Rosalinda, Reyli, LeBran, Mikeria, Ar'Mariya, Ar'Mar Jr. and Adam.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Virgil, brother, William Thornton, and two great-grandchildren, Jamiya and Shaniya.
