Alvin Dean Lewis, 59, of Decatur, IL passed away September 1, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Decatur, IL.
Alvin was born September 6, 1961 in Decatur, IL, the son of Carl and Elelou (Hanson) Lewis.
Surviving are his siblings, Tom Lewis (Sue) of Harristown, Pam Boliek of Decatur, Joyce Cramer (Ralph) of Decatur, Judy Keck (David) of Macon and friend Kim Higgins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bob Lewis.
Alvin worked as a delivery driver for the food service industry and was an avid bingo player.
Graveside funeral service will be 11:00 AM Monday, September 13, 2013 at Graceland Cemetery.
Memorials: Decatur Macon Humane Society.
