Amanda Ann Trimby's Obituary
Our beloved Amanda “Mandy” Trimby went home to be with her creator Friday, May 17, 2019. She was met in heaven by her Father William Scroggins, and her grandmothers Daisy Scroggins and Carol Johnson. Mandy was a loving Mother to her daughters, Natalie Armour of North Dakota, and Abigail Trimby of Decatur. She was especially loved by her children’s Father, Claude Armour. Mandy was born March 15,1980 to her Mother Kathy Strode and together with Frank Trimby they raised her along with her sister Nicole Haines, and her brother Anthony Trimby. She is also survived by her Sister Anna Ernst, and Brother William Scroggins Jr. Mandy was full of life and laughter and always quick with a joke. She had an amazing ability to quickly write a song or a poem about something funny or unfortunate that may have happened within the family. She always had good intentions and was willing to help when needed.
A celebration of Mandy’s life to be held at Fairview Park Pavilion #3, Friday, May 24, 2019 at 1PM. We will honor her memory with funny stories and memorable happenings. A potluck will follow. Fried chicken will be provided, and we ask that everyone please bring a dish or drinks to share. We hope to see everyone there.
The family would like to thank everyone for their kind words of encouragement and support.
