Ardyth C. Kahler's Obituary
Ardyth C. Kahler, 85, of Decatur, passed away Friday, August 7, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family.
Ardyth was born August 15, 1929 in Wilder, Idaho to Frank and Elizabeth (Holdt) Coburn. She married Arthur L. Kahler on May 4, 1948 in Decatur. He passed away March 22, 2011.
She is survived by her two sons, Alan (Theresa) Kahler of Marion, IL and Gary (Marie) Kahler of Decatur; her two daughters, Linda Sue Long and Carol Logan both of Decatur; her ten grandchildren, Jody, Misty, Todd, Kenny, Billy, Darin, Kennette, Jake, Jack and Gary, Jr.; her seven great- grandchildren; her six great-great- grandchildren; and her brother, Argyle (Shirley) Coburn of Springfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arthur; son-in-law, Mark Logan; two brothers and two sisters.
Graveside services to celebrate the life of Ardyth Kahler will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield. Memorials may be directed to the family.
