Served with him at Ft Leonard Wood, MO. He was a good man and soldier, well liked and respected. I remember how he loved boating and how proud he was of his new cabin cruiser! I am truly sorry to hear of his passing. My sincerest condolences to his family and especially his wonderful and caring wife.

I miss you Art! Commissioned together Army Officers Illinois State ROTC Program. Visited you in Washington,D.C. and walked all around Arlington and Viet Nam Veteran's Memorial. Great memories! Sorry we did not get together before you departed. I salute you.
