Lit a candle in memory of Barbara Karakachos
thoughts and prayer are with the family
My mother and Barb were in the PTA together when I was in grade school and I remember many long (but fun) nights at the school doing fund raisers. But I am most grateful that I really got to know Barb when I became an adult through the youth league. It was such a joy to work with her. She had such a heart for children. I canâ??t count how many times I saw Barb reach in her pocket and give a child her own money because they didnâ??t have enough to get a treat at the concession. It was an honor to call Barb and John my friends. Iâ??m sure there must have been a great reunion as she took the step from this life to the next. I hope you will allow me the pleasure of saying, Well Done Barbâ?¦.Well Done! You will be greatly missed!Kim Michener
A wonderful lady and a special neighbor. May you rest in peace.
John and Barbara were the best neighbors and what a great cook she was! Loved her Baklava and the spaghetti sauce she made by the gallons. Her laugh was infectious. Prayers for the family for comfort and peace. Sue Austin Tate, Trophy Club, TX
All of the Karakachoses were such wonderful neighbors when we lived behind them. She will be truly missed. Thoughts are with Kathy and Becky.
So very sorry for your loss. We always enjoyed when she came to Danville & met for lunch. We enjoyed the stories they shared with us. She will be missed, but never forgotten. Love to All, Bob & Betty Anne ( Geades) Neff
Barb was a bearing loving and caring woman to all, especially to the children. Her love of family and our community shined through everything she did. She will be missed by all who she touched in their lives. Thank you Barb for all you've done. RIP and give Lonnie a big hug for me. Love Connie
