Bernice E. Woodhall's Obituary
Bernice E. Woodhall, 95, of Decatur passed away Saturday, December 14, 2013 in Keystone Meadows Assisted Living.
Bernice was born June 15, 1918 in Peoria, the daughter of Albert Frank and Samantha (Magill) Browning. She married James Ambrose Woodhall on June 15, 1941 in Peoria, he preceded her in death on September 13, 1983.
Bernice loved to spend time with her family and was a homemaker until her children were older. She then worked at Mutual Home and Savings and became the head bank teller. She will be missed.
Bernice is survived by her sons, Ronald James (Pam) Woodhall of Oreana, Gary Wayne (Holly) Woodhall of Lincoln, Dr. Dennis Dale Woodhall of Conway, Arkansas, 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will take place at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at the Star of Hope Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Dave Taylor officiating with visitation one hour prior to services at 10:00 AM. Entombment will be at the Star of Hope Mausoleum located at Graceland Fairlawn Cemetery in Decatur.
Memorials may be made to the First Congregational United Church of Christ of Decatur.
