Bertha Emma Wall's Obituary
Bertha Emma “Betty” Wall, 94, of Marion, IN, formerly of Decatur, IL, died May 9, 2018 at Rolling Meadows Health and Rehab Center in LaFontaine, IN.
Betty was born September 23, 1923 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of, Wilhelm F and Emma B. (Schimanski) Luka. She married Roy Wall on April 26, 1941 in Missouri. He preceded her in death.
Betty employed at Crane Potato Chip for many years. She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Betty Anthony (Don) of Marion, IN, David Wall (Carol) of Williamsburg, VA; siblings, Raymond Luka of Decatur, Helen Entler of Decatur, Paul Luka of Georgia and Fred Luka of Indiana; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Also preceding in death are both of her parents, siblings, Hilda Sheets, Walter Luka, William Luka, Robert Luka, Margaret Scroggins, Alma Bailey, Mary Pruss, Esther Atwell and John Luka.
Funeral services are 11:00 AM Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
