Beverley Rose Wingard's Obituary
Decatur – Beverley Rose Wingard, 82, of Forsyth, formerly of Decatur, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018, in Hickory Point Christian Village.
Beverley was born June 27, 1935, in Natrona Heights, PA, the daughter of Robert William and Dorothy Elizabeth (Humphreys) White, Sr. She was a registered nurse working in geriatrics and a member of Elwin United Methodist Church. Beverley enjoyed knitting, piano, crossword puzzles and football. She married Robert B. Wingard in Ford City, PA, on July 5, 1958 and he preceded her in death October 26, 2000. Also preceding her in death were her parents and son William Wingard.
Surviving are her son, Michael (Margaret) Wingard of Decatur; grandchildren: Andrew Wingard and Ryan Paslay; great-granddaughter, Riley Wingard; brother, Robert (Vickie) White, II of Butler, PA; brother-in-law, Harvey B. (Hilma) Wingard; niece, Lee Ann Formaini; nephews: Robert White III and Arnold Wingard; other relatives and friends.
Services to celebrate her life will be 11 am, Tuesday, April 10, 2018, in the Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home; visitation will be one hour before the services. Burial will be in Mt. Gilead Cemetery.
