Bradley R. Burns' Obituary
DECATUR- Bradley R. Burns, 48, of Decatur, passed away suddenly at 12:14 PM Friday, August 1, 2025, at Decatur Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Services to celebrate Brad’s life will be held at 2 pm, Sunday, August 10, 2025, at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Private family interment will be on Monday, August 11, 2025, at Mt. Gilead Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Macon County Humane Society, the American Cancer Society or in care of the family.
Brad was born on June 24, 1977, in Decatur, a son of Robert A. “Rocky” and Mary (Sebok) Burns. Brad was a foreman working with his brother at Victory Tree Service. Brad was an avid sports fan and loved the Chicago Cubs. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and boating and recently racing. Brad’s passion was his family; he was always there to support his brother’s racing and never missed attending whatever his nieces and nephews were involved in, even including Brinley’s dance recitals or Wessons racing.
Brad is survived by his mom, Mary Burns- Keller, brother, Brian Burns and his wife Wittney, the loves of his life, his nieces and nephews, Isaac, Shaukana, Wesson and Brinley, Uncle, Daniel Sebok and his wife Cathy, cousin Andrew Sebok, and his extended loving family including his many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He also leaves behind his fur babies- Mookie and Mouse.
Brad was greeted in Heaven by his Dad, Rocky, stepfather, James “Jim” Keller, grandparents, Steve and Bernadine Sebok and Bill and Dorothy Burns.
