Bruce Martin's Obituary
Robert “Bruce” Stewart Martin, 70, of Oreana, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2017, at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Bruce was born December 10, 1946, in Decatur, IL to Robert Junior and Bonnie Louise (Morton) Martin. He proudly served in the United States Army. He worked in the communications department at Decatur Memorial Hospital for many years before retiring.
He is survived by his two brothers, Tom (Jeannie) Martin and Rodger (Tara) Frees, Both of Decatur; half-sister, Sandie Burgess of Holly Hill, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services to celebrate the life of Bruce Martin will be 11 a.m. Monday, December 4, 2017, at Graceland Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Cancer Care Center Specialists of Illinois.
