Carl "Joe" Lynch's Obituary
Carl “Joe” Lynch, 75, of Decatur, IL passed away November 5, 2023, at the Loft of Rock Springs.
Joe was born July 9, 1948, in Decatur, IL the son of Charles P and Helen M (Morrison) Lynch.
Joe had worked in the cafeteria at Caterpillar Inc, Fisca Oil as an attendant and also enjoyed mowing lawns in his neighborhood. He liked to go hunting and fishing, as well as observing wildlife. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and collecting cans with his dad.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Marlene L. Lynch; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, twin brother, Charles J Lynch, and brother John David Lynch.
Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Monday, November 13, 2023, at Graceland Cemetery where he will be laid to rest beside his twin brother Charlie.
The Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Joe.
