I met Celia through a writing group that meets at Wildflour Cafe every week. I remember Celia's love of Haiku poetry. I remember her creating one Haiku after another and sharing them on blogs and tweets. She could get 1,000 followers in a day. She was amazing.I remember her passion for couponing. I ran into her one day at CVS. She had a cart full of products and paid something like a dollar. My jaw dropped in utter disbelief. "I'll teach you how," she said.I remember Celia's kindness to one of our members in our writing group who couldn't drive. She'd drive him so he could come. On one occasion she arranged a wine tasting party at his house, so he'd have company.I remember Celia's devotion to God. I am a relative newcomer to Decatur and was looking for a Church that had evening services. She invited me to her Church. She met me there and went out of her way to make me feel welcome.I remember meeting Celia's children and being awe struck at their maturity and good manners. They are Celia's true gift to the world.I miss her. Rest in peace.Patricia Lathrom
