Charles was our neighbor on Ramsey. He was such a friendly guy, visiting from house to house. We always knew when he was out and about with the
cherry tobacco aroma. My husband claimed distant relation with Charles as
his Aunt was married to Tom Holliday. You have my sympathy and also in
