My condolences to the Ruffini family. Bibs worked with my day as a cement finisher. I remember going over to his house when I was a kid He was a great man. Remember a lot of stories my dad would tell us about things they did on the jobs You are in my thoughts and prayers
Judy and family, so sorry for your loss. Ron and Judy Stinson
My condolences to the Ruffini family. Nibs was one of the first Journeymen I worked with as an Apprentice in the OPCMIA. He and Judy welcomed me over to visit and of course see his Dale Earnhardt collection. He was a positive influence on my journey as a Cement Mason. Nibs you will be forever missed.
