Charlotte Louise Ford's Obituary
Charlotte Louise Ford, 77, of Decatur, Illinois, passed away October 27, 2023, at the Loft Health and Rehabilitation Center of Decatur.
Charlotte was born in Lafayette, Indiana, on October 11, 1946, the daughter of Clifford Ewing and Leoda Harris. She later moved to Decatur, Illinois, where she worked as a housekeeper at the Ambassador Hotel.
Charlotte is survived by her daughter Monique Ford of Decatur; siblings Clifford (Dora) Ewing of Lake Wells, Florida, Cherry Mabon of Decatur, and Chatton Jones of Decatur; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Cynthia Ewing and Mary Jo Clark, nephew Courtney Ewing, and brother-in-law James Mabon.
A funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. Burial in Fairlawn Cemetery will follow the service.
