Cheryl Lynn Solomon's Obituary
Cheryl Lynn Solomon, 73, of Oakley, Illinois, passed away August 3, 2024.
Cheryl was born in Decatur, Illinois, on May 18, 1951, the daughter of Ralph and Mary (Patton) Reed. She was a member of the Eisenhower High School Class of 1970. She married Ronald G. Solomon on March 17, 1991. She worked for TCCI in Decatur. Cheryl was a member of Ss. James and Patrick Parish.
Cheryl is survived by her husband Ronald; son Corey D. Amenda (Laura Pfeifer); grandsons Kaleb A. Amenda and Keaton R. Amenda; five great-grandchildren; and brother Paul Reed (Barbara) of Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Laverne Campbell.
Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home is providing cremation services for Cheryl. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Thursday, August 15 in Graceland Cemetery. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.gracelandfairlawn.com.
