Lit a candle in memory of Christopher Drew Gustafson
I'm Christopher's Great Aunt. I don't know why some things happen when they do., But there must be a reason,- must be some plan for him. … I saw Christopher quite a bit in the last year or two and he was always polite, giving & helpful, sensitive to other peoples feelings, and always had a smile for everybody. He will be sadly missed for a long time to come. Some day soon I hope everyone's sadness will be replaced by just happy memories of funny things Christopher did and said. … I will always remember Christopher as the "happy go lucky" kind of guy he was.

Chris was my sons best friend and had lived with us most of his high school yrs. I loved that kid like he was my own. He was a little turd .And yet he had this special place in my heart. I think the funniest story i have is this. I remember the boys always spent alot of the summer at the river up from our house. They would jump off the bridge and swim. Well one day they decided to go climb the tree and jump from there. The next day the boys, Sheldon, Chris, Nathan and Seth are in alot of pain in their downstairs. And my son goes, "Mom can you get poisen ivy from a tree"? I said no..You can get poisen oak..Needless to say each one of their privates area was covered in it…LOL. I guess that probally was the last time they thought skinny dipping was a good idea. I never laughed so hard in my life. Those boys were in so much pain…hahaha. Ya know that kid always had smile on his face and didnt have a mean bone in his body. He would do anything for anyone if he could. A couple weeks ago when he called and checked in like always. He was telling me how happy he was. Its always a shame when a young mans life is cut short. But it hurts even more when you love the person. That pain is awful. I gonna miss our long talks…RIP Kiddo….Tell your dad hello…L
Chris was a very good friend in high school! Wish we never fell off! You will be missed!
Christopher was an awesome nephew! From the time he announced to everyone in the bank that he had ,q "new shoes "when he was 2 until present he seemed to make peoole around him smile and laugh. He was always fun to be around whether it was out fishing at the cabin, riding the 4 wheeler, or just joking around he knew how to have fun. He will be missed terribly!
Christopher was such a neat kid! So much fun to be around , he was our grandson whom we loved so much! We will miss him more than we can ever say!
