Claude Leroy Bradshaw's Obituary
Claude Leroy Bradshaw, 86, of Decatur, IL, passed away at 4:45 A.M. on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Claude was born on July 24, 1939, in Decatur, IL, the son of Claude Arthur Bradshaw and Grace Margaret (Wooton) Bradshaw. He married Eva Marie Hayes on January 15, 1961, in Decatur, IL. She preceded him in death on December 25, 2013.
Claude served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked as a truck driver.
He is survived by his children: Claude A. Bradshaw and wife Lisa, Tracy Bradshaw and Brenda Bradshaw, all of Decatur, IL; four granddaughters, three grandsons, five great-grandsons, one great-granddaughter; one brother Mike Bradshaw and wife Amiee of Decatur, IL, one sister Tootie Rodgers of Decatur, IL, and friend Jim Rush of Decatur, IL.
Claude was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one brother, two sisters, one brother-in-law, several friends including Junior Logan and Bill Moore, and aunts and uncles.
The family would like to give a special thank you to D.M.H. Hospice Support Team, Dr. Pabalate, nurse Sue and staff, Cancer Care, Dr. Velasco and staff, D.M.H. 5100 nurses and staff, and family, friends and neighbors for their support during this time.
