Cynthia Carman-Johnson's Obituary
Cynthia Carman-Johnson, 50, of Killeen, TX formerly of Decatur, IL died on March 18, 2015.
Cynthia was born on December 8, 1964 in Decatur, IL the daughter of David and Brenda (Walker) Carman.
Cynthia was a member of Greater Vision Community Church in Killeen, TX. She was a graduate of Eisenhower High School. She served in the U.S. Army for 11 years a petroleum supply specialist earned a Kuwait Liberation medal during the Gulf War and many other medals and honors during her service in the Army. At the time of her death she was an employee of Lowes Home Center in Killeen, TX.
Cynthia was a very loving person with a great smile and personality. She was a great friend and loved her family greatly.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her mother, one brother, Brennan, and one sister Belva.
She leaves behind her parents, David and Ella (Mommy) Carman of Decatur, IL; sister, Carla Carman of Atlanta, GA; brother, Brian Carman(Tara) of Bloomington, IL; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a many many loving friends.
Special thank you to her best friend, Felicia Williams of Killeen, TX who was a great help to Cynthia’s family during this time of bereavement.
Homegoing celebration will be 11 AM Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10-11 AM Saturday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
