Daniel Warner Fisher's Obituary
Daniel Warner Fisher, 82, of Decatur, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Daniel was born July 17, 1937, in Mansfield, Ohio, the son of Archie and Esther (Warner) Fisher. He married Betty Ann Turner on August 29, 1957.
Surviving are his wife, Betty; three daughters, Robin (Ron) Williams of Decatur; Dana Fisher of Macon; and Lori Eddings of Decatur; four grandchildren, Becca, Jennifer, Amy, and Raven; five great-grandchildren, Dylan, Payton, Kristen, Cooper, and Allison. He was preceded in death by his parents; his two sisters, Gloria Kintner and Lois Fox; and a grandchild, Daniel.
Daniel was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church for many years. He worked on the railroad as a switch man. He enjoyed playing high school football and slot machines. He was also an avid camper, shotgun and bow hunter. He would look forward to taking hunting trips down south to Shawnee. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was a family man that was always ready to cherish every moment with his loved ones.
