Lit a candle in memory of Daniel Land
Hello, I am Dan's neice Shelly, and I regret to inform everyone there will not be any services held for my uncle. My uncle will be cremated this week, however due to funds being tied up in probate and the estate there will not be a service held. My uncle was a very loving kind perosn, who will be missed dearly by my brother ,his wife and daughter, my daugher and myself. I appreciate all the kind thoughts and pictures posted. If you wish to contact the family please email me at [email protected].
I worked with Dan for many nights with the city. Dan was a storehouse of knowledge about old movies and actors I'll miss you and your wry wit old friend.
God must have wanted Danny "home" for the Holidays 2014 to be with his mom, dad and two brothers, whom he truly treasured. For those he left behind on earth, he has touched our lives each in a different way. He was a funny character and in the same breath stubborn as an ox. His love for animals was undeniable. My deepest sympathy to everyone that was a part of his life, he is one man that will truly be missed. God broke my heart to prove to me that he only takes the best.Happy Trails my friend.
Dan, you were a sweet man. Sorry to see you go so soon. Your friends and Co-workers will miss you. God bless.
