Danny L. Weber's Obituary
Danny Lewis Weber, 69, of Illiopolis, IL, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Springfield Memorial Hospital. Danny was born on March 14, 1956, in Decatur, IL, the son of Michael J. and Leotta E. (Skinner) Weber.
Danny married his beloved wife, Robin Embrey, on October 19, 2016, in Illiopolis, IL. He worked on the railroad, traveling to a variety of locations, for over 28 years. He loved fishing, mushroom hunting, gardening and canning his produce. He also enjoyed riding his Harley, which he had for over 40 years.
Danny is survived by his wife — Robin Embrey; sons — Rob (Rose) Weber of Toledo, IL, and Rocky Weber of Toledo, IL; step-daughter — Alex (Aven) Thompson of Lincoln, IL; grandchildren — Bryant, Bryson, Daejia, Anniston, Kylie, Jessalynn, and Charlie; sister — Judy Weber of Nokomis, IL; and other friends and relatives.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents and two sons — infant son, Michael, and Rusty Weber.
Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home in Decatur, IL, will be providing cremation services.
