David Lynn Fisher's Obituary
David Lynn Fisher, 70, of Decatur, IL passed away at his residence October 29, 2018.
David was born, April 10, 1948 in Decatur, IL, the son of, Richard and Norma Jean (Smith) Fisher. He was a veteran of the USAF, serving during Vietnam. He was awarded the AF Commendation Medal for his service.
David was a truck driver for Huston Patterson for 35 years. He was a graduate of MacArthur High School.
He leaves behind his mother, Norma Fisher, daughter, Holly Fisher, good friend, Shawn Hebestriet, Jennifer and Shawn’s children, Wyatt, Hannah and Bryson.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Ron Fisher.
A visitation will be held from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM, Friday November 2, 2018 at Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM Friday, at Graceland Cemetery.

David was a very caring person and will be missed.
