Deana J. Gadberry's Obituary
Decatur-Deana J. Gadberry, 73, of Decatur, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur.
Deana was born September 17, 1943 in Decatur, Illinois, the daughter of Arvis and Vivian (Gray) Gadberry. Deana loved the Lord, reading her bible, and playing and listening to gospel music. She very much enjoyed playing the piano, singing, and talking on the telephone.
Deana leaves behind her children Cindy Eybel Mares of Fishers, Indiana and Brian (Andrea) Eybel of Fishers, Indiana, sister Rita (Jim) Randol of Elwin, grandchildren Brittany (John) Ogrzewalla, Quinton (Amy) Mares, Justine Mares, Jeffery Eybel, and Grant Eybel, and great-grandsons Matthew and Anthony Ogrzewalla.
Deana was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Gaylon, Ronald, and her twin Dean, and son Scott Eybel.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Symphony of Decatur especially Sandy Trudeau for all of their loving care.
Services to celebrate Deana’s life will be 10:00 AM Saturday, November 5, 2016 at the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Friday, November 4, 2016 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation.
