Doris Scott's Obituary
Doris Anne Scott, 84, of Decatur, IL passed away April 3, 2023 at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield, IL.
Doris was born January 1, 1939 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Raymond E. and Winifred (Bass) Driscoll. She married Scotti Scott on August 30, 1959 in Decatur, IL.
Doris had worked as an operator for Illinois Bell in Decatur, IL. She enjoyed working with computers, crafting and crochet.
Surviving are her husband, Scotti; children, Robyn Scott of Decatur, IL, Renee Ruble (Tracy) of Cabool, MO, Rick Scott (Tina) of Decatur, IL; grandchildren, Mark Scott, Rebecca Jones, Randi Lee Scott, Tyler Scott, and six great grandchildren.
Doris is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents; son, Randy Scott and three sisters, Carolyn and twin infant sisters.
Graveside memorial services at Cerro Gordo Cemetery, Cerro Gordo, IL will be 1:00 PM Friday, May 5, 2023.
