Dorothy Ann Matlock's Obituary
Decatur – Dorothy Ann Matlock, 94, of Decatur, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020, at Villa Clara Post Acute Care.
Dorothy was born January 15, 1926, in Beecher City, the daughter of Fred and Anna (Bratke) Mize. She was a member of First Christian Church and worked as a secretary in the medical field. She married John W. Matlock and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her parents and three brothers.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Thomas of Decatur; grandchildren: Todd Thomas and Christine Thomas-Cullison of Decatur; great grandchildren: Kyle, Shyann, Sabrina and Leila.
Graveside services will be 1 pm Monday, September 21, 2020, at Graceland Cemetery. There will be no visitation. CDC guidelines will be followed, masks are required.
