Latham was a small town where everybody knew everybody, and one of my favorite places to go was the Koger's. Sorry to learn of Earl's passing. My deepest sympathies to the Koger family, and especially to my special friend, Tootsie, in the loss of your brother, Earl. May your memories bring you comfort during this sad time. Koger's-We had seen Earl for many years. We were truly saddened to hear of his passing. There never was a nicer, kinder man than Earl. We will miss him.Our heartfelt condolences..
