Edna Mae Erue's Obituary
Edna Mae Erue, 91, of Decatur, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015 in McKinley Court.
Edna was born June 29, 1923 in Farmington, MO, the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth (Ditmeyer) Wilson. Edna was a member of the Resurrection Life Church in Decatur. She enjoyed crafts such as crocheting, making quilts and making jewelry. Edna married Leroy Erue in Phelps County, Missouri in 1942. He preceded her in death on November 8, 2001.
Edna leaves behind her daughters, Barb (Wally) Davis of Decatur, IL; Connie (John) Massey of Decatur, IL; Kay (Galen) Madding of Oreana, IL; Elizabeth (Gary) Jesse of Decatur, IL; one brother; five sisters; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leroy; parents; sons, Leroy Hanover Erue; Danny Joe Erue; two brothers, and three sisters.
Honoring Edna’s wishes, cremation services will be provided by Graceland Crematory. Services will be at a later date.
