Eileen Louise Hubbell's Obituary
Decatur-Eileen L. Hubbell, 72, of Decatur passed away Monday, January 31, 2011 at Decatur Memorial Hospital with her family at her bedside.
A service to celebrate the life of Eileen will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 4, 2011 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 2727 N. Union St. Decatur, Illinois, with a visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. to the time of the service. Interment with “Flight Home” ceremony will be at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Decatur, Illinois. Memorial contribution may be made to the North West Community Fund. Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Eileen was born September 12, 1938 in Decatur, Illinois, the daughter of Clarence and Lorna (Malchow) Bomball. She attended St. John’s Lutheran Church for many years. Eileen was a wonderful homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, daughters; Cindy Welman and Curt of Decatur, and Joy Boleyn and husband Cliff of Oreana, grandchildren; Matthew Boleyn and wife Bridget, and Andrew Boleyn and wife Emily, great-grandchild Kyli Boleyn, sister; Caroline Ruffini and husband Del of Decatur, and special friend Charles Morrow of Decatur, and many nieces and nephews.
Eileen was greeted into Heaven by her parents.
