Ethel Louise Boline's Obituary
Ethel Louise Boline, 84, of Decatur, IL passed away May 5, 2021 at Imboden Creek Living Center.
Louise was born, March 10, 1937 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Wayne J. and Juanita M (Gates) Highley. She married John Larry Boline on December 30, 1955 in Decatur, IL.
Louise was employed as a data entry clerk for St. Mary’s Hospital. Following her service with St. Mary’s Hospital she worked at a floral shop and also had operated a ceramics shop.
Louise was an artistically talented woman and was an accomplished with painting, drawing and floral arranging.
Louise was a member of Central Christian Church.
Surviving are her children, John David Boline (Stacey) of Decatur, IL, Paul Richard Boline (Christine) of Toddville, IA, Mark Alan Boline (Tim Dubois) of Slidell, LA; sisters, Sara Field of Champaign, IL, Rosie Doore of Decatur, IL; grandchildren, Cris, Sarah, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Ian; and great grandchild, Jared.
She was preceded in death by her husband John, parents, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Sunday May 9, 2021 at Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon to 1:00 PM Sunday, May 9, 2021 at Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery.
Memorials: Central Christian Church.
