Eunice A. Carroll's Obituary
Decatur – Eunice A. Carroll, 83, of Decatur, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2014 at Imboden Creek Living Center.
Eunice was born November 8, 1930 in Decatur, the daughter of Charles C. and Anna G. (Lotter) Dratwick. A member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and past member of American Business Women’s Association, Eunice worked as a sales correspondent at Wagner Castings before retiring. She married James D. Carroll on January 10, 1954 and he preceded her in death on November 5, 1995. Also preceding her in death were her parents, brother Charles Dratwick, and sister Imogene Dratwick.
Surviving is her son, Eric (wife, Lynn) of Sycamore and daughter, Cynthia Barnett of Decatur; seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and brother, John Dratwick of Decatur.
Services to celebrate her life will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home; visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Burial will take place in Graceland Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
