EuVerda J. "Trudy" Bons' Obituary
Decatur – EuVerda J. “Trudy” Bons, 76, of Sullivan, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022.
Trudy was born on April 10, 1946, in Hillsboro, the daughter of Laverne Dale and Ila (Pembroke) Diercks. She worked as a waitress and a seamstress. Trudy was kind. She loved cats, was a doll collector, and an avid reader. Especially James Patterson’s books.
Trudy is survived by her aunt Norma Reatherford of Pana, an uncle, David Pembroke of Witt, 1 niece and 2 nephews.
Trudy was preceded in death by her parents and brother Russell “Rusty” Diercks.
Private burial will take place in Graceland Cemetery.
